Our production and manufacturing process starts when Manawar Industries receives leather from our tannery, based in Karachi. Using our own leather ensure quality of our products. We use the latest & Modern Machines to manufacture our products. Manawar Industry has a production Capacity 6000 Sq ft.
After our leather has gone through the quality inspection process, we proceed with the orders by sending the raw materials to the cutting department. For cutting we have adopted the “Korean Technology” using two patterns for cutting and Sewing correspondingly.
After the cutting and quality inspection process, our products proceed with stitching. They are stitched through a highly specialized and chain line system. We have over 150 machines, they are light and heavy duty machines with walking foots, double needles, skiving, over lock and bartaking button hole machines. They standby with power generations
Stitched garments are sent to the finishing team, to give final touches to the products like: lining, ironing, trimming, polishing etc. Lastly, before packing the final quality inspection is made to ensure no damaged product is being sent out to our clients.
